The staff at this medical clinic are amazing. Dr Efobi is Very attentive, detailed and professional. Anybody who complains about waiting at a doctors office isn’t in tune with reality. It is normal to have to wait at a doctors office and you need to realize that the patients before you have needs as well. This Clinic is absolutely top-notch. Doctors are busy have patience Why don’t you!!!!
That is the only place in Airdrie I found with a decent and kind reception when going to a medical care. The receptionist was transparent and honest when explaining they were not receiving patients and let me know their new Dr. Would be accepting new patients in August. For other reviews, I think this is worth the wait. Kudos to the reception at Coopers Medical Clinic, you are making a positive impact in the area!!
My family followed Dr. Efobi, here from her last clinic. We love her approach with us & look forward to each visit with her. I have never had a family Dr. that I felt this comfortable with.
